Description of Service

fantip.cc is a platform, NOT a financial institution, merchant, creditor, charity, advisor, or broker of any kind. dregs is designed to allow a Creator (see definition below) to register and customize a page such as www.fantip.cc/latch. Creators can customize the page with an avatar and a description, and use the page to facilitate the acceptance of Fanmail ("Fanmail") and of monetary Donations ("Donations").

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use and agree that you are responsible for your compliance with any applicable local laws.

You are also agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of the services you connect your dregs account with such as Stripe.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this platform are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Changes to These Terms and Our Site

We may amend these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any substantial changes. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. You are currently viewing the original terms of service.

We may also update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to different features, our users' needs, changes in the law, regulatory requirements, and our business priorities. We will give you reasonable notice of any major changes.

The materials on fantip.cc's platform are provided "as is." dregs makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

dregs does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials on its website or the contents of any sites linked to this site. dregs does not accept responsibility for the accuracy or correctness of user-generated content. dregs does not explicitly or implicitly condone or support any message or claim made by any of its users.

dregs is a listing platform only and does not guarantee or endorse any Creator Content. Any disputes, errors, revision requests, or other such communication regarding Creator Content or Donations should be made directly to the Creator. dregs is not responsible for refunds or managing disputes resulting from any such transactions.

Acceptable Use for Creators

A Creator is defined as someone who registers a fantip.cc page or uses the dregs platform in any way to solicit Donations and Fanmail. As a Creator, you are solely responsible for all text, images, videos, links, and other content that you create, upload, post, publish, or display using dregs.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Creator.

You are prohibited from using the dregs platform, service, or page to post any of the following:

• Any activity that violates any law or governmental regulation, including money laundering regulations.
• Anything prohibited by the payment providers connected to the platform, such as Stripe.
• Prohibited content

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Adult or sexually explicit content, including pornography, nudity, or obscene material.
• Fraudulent, misleading, or dishonest content.
• Violent or excessively gory content.
• Hate speech, intimidation, or abuse of any kind targeting any individual, group, or institution.

Supporter Specific Terms

A Supporter is defined as any person or entity providing payments, Donations, or Fanmail to a Creator page. Dregs does not guarantee that any Creator page, goal, post, message, or content of any kind is legitimate, accurate, truthful, or lawful. It is always the responsibility of the Supporter to determine if they wish to support a Creator.

To use the dregs platform in any way, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Some activities, such as Supporter messages, are (by default) private, but may be used by dregs across the internal platform or other external websites, social media pages, or other entities.

Reporting Content

We want to keep our site safe for all users. We have rules prohibiting illegal content and activity. If you spot any illegal content or activity (Illegal Content) on our site, please report it to dregs.

Payments

dregs is not a payments provider. Payments are made directly from Supporters to Creators externally to dregs using a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). By using dregs, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of any third-party payment providers associated with the platform.

Fees

We reserve the right to change our fees and charge additional fees in the future for any type of transaction. All applicable transaction fees in relation to Donations, or any other goods or services shall automatically be deducted from the relevant transaction by one of our third-party payment providers.

Taxes

It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the Donations you receive through your use of the services. It is solely your responsibility to assess, collect, report, or remit the correct tax, if any, to the appropriate tax authority.

Governing Law

These terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. You and dregs agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia.
